What can i do to stop the pain from a deodorant burn on my armpit?

Stop and wash: off any residual deodorant. You are either allergic or sensitive to this product. I suggest not using any deodorant for several days and using OTC 1% hydrocortisone cream. If the area becomes reddened- seek immediate medical evaluation and exam.
