Contact dermatitis?: If it is from shaving, you need to go without shaving for awhile until it calms down. If is is a contact dermatitis, a steroid cream or ointment could help as well as not using the deodorant that caused it. So sorry. Very uncomfortable. Try 1 percent hydrocortisone cream along with stopping the deodorant and not shaving. If that doesn't help, see a primary care physician or dermatologist.
