"Artery"?: 4 structures pass through the "groin area" (inguinal region). From lateral to medial, they are the femoral nerve, femoral artery, femoral vein, & a lymphatic vessel, which is separated from the vein by an empty space. Don't assume that whatever this is is from the artery. If you're concerned, see your doctor for a hands-on exam. HealthTap & Dr. Google are not enough for your case.
