Being Stuck: When you get stuck it is usually your belief. Remember the one says he cannot do it and the one who says he can do it are both right. Try yawning. It relaxes the mind. Also running the tips of your finger over your hands and massaging it will relax the mind and get it to work better. Every negative thought needs 5 positive thoughts. Good luck
