A baby who vomits...: A baby who vomits for no apparent ill reason may have looseness where his esophagus connects to his stomach, and so he refluxes whenever he puts pressure on his stomach, such as during coughing, screaming, crying, or playing roughly. The statement says "GI does see an issue", so parents can just let the GI doctor take care of "the issue". Hopefully, it's not too serious, and medication may help.
