Vomiting: Go to the ER for a repeat CT scan since vomiting and dizziness can be a sign of increasing intracranial pressure due to bleeding. Have a family member take you now, or dial 911.

Head trauma: You may have signs of a concussion. It is unlikely you would cause any structural problems with that history, if you are otherwise healthy. All the best.
