Diet/exercise: Catching colds often may mean that your immune system is not working well. Make sure you wash your hands frequently and avoid close contact with people that are sneezing and coughing. Exercise daily and eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Drink at least 6 glasses of water daily and take a multivitamin daily. See a doctor if this continues.
