This may be normal: Early onset puberty may occur as early as 10yo, however there are a few things I would like to know to make sure everything is OK. Normally these girls will have some breast enlargement, axillary and/or pubic hair growth and some mild acne. Also this is sometimes accompanied by a growth spurt. It might be a good idea to get some bloodwork to make sure this is not a thyroid problem as well.
