Does not sound good: Bloated means something swells up, either with air, fluid, solid tissue, or a combination of the three. A way to figure this out is to not pee for a few hours before a scheduled primary care doctor's appointment, let the doctor do an exam, go pee, and let the doctor to a second exam. The answer may show itself upon the second exam.
