Took alot of antibiotics this year and wonder if a probiotic drink like kefir would help replace good gut/body bacteria?

Pro mean with: and bio means life. Probiotics help the GI system digest food. Anti means against. This can happen w/out antibiotics at times too. So, the probiotics replace the good bacteria that are missing or low. Peace and good health. Doctor Ohira brand is a good probiotic. Look for many strains rather than higher numbers. Kefir is good but many strains of probiotics working together is best.

Kefir: Kefir contains about 15 strains of Lactobacillus species (to include acidophilus), as well as Acetobacter, Lactoccous, leuconostoc, Bifidobacterium & Gluconobacter japonicas. Kefir can help to build up health gut bacteria and to lower levels of unhealthy bacteria.
