Nose bleeds: Recurrent nose bleeds can be cause by elevated blood pressure, use of aspirin, or inflammation of the mucosal surface of the nose from allergies. Please check your blood pressure. Patients without high blood pressure or heart problems sometimes use Afrin nasal spray when ice packs, head elevation and pinching the nasal bridge doesnt help.
