Top back of my head had like a dull pain why ?

Head pain: If there has been no injury, such dull headache without other symptoms is nonspecific but not unusual. If it resolves with no treatment or a little Tylenol (acetaminophen) it most likely isn't anything serious. Muscle contraction ache is a common cause. If headache persists or worsens, see your physician for evaluation.
