Not necessarily: Get a HIV nucleic acid test, if the result is negative, repeat the test in 6 months. May not be HIV: You're going to need to see your physician and get retested again. You should not do unprotected anal sex. A Red bump may just be a staph infection. You need to see your physician for that.
