Two issues: Piracetam is not doing anything for your learning. It is a hoax to separate your from your money. You can safely stop taking this useless stuff. If you wish to donate blood. let the blood center know all of your health issues and all of the medications you are taking and they will advise you. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
