Swollen left foot after recently learning to drive (with terrible posture and too close to the pedals) my shin cramps a little now and then gp said circulation isnt great, blood tests were clear (no diabities or thyroid) what can this be? 24yr female

Doctor can examine: That means driving the car to the doctor, in case the doctor wants to look at the position of the lower body and legs, when sitting in the driver's seat. Of course the foot symptoms can be a coincidence to the recent driving. In a 24 year-old, circulation should be great... so not sure what "isn't great" means. A recheck by the doctor should help figure things out. If needed, the ER can evaluate.
