Pain/nodes: Possible infection of teeth (abscesses) or gums. Possible traumatic occlusion from malocclusion requiring Orthodontic care. Possible parafunctional habits. Possible gum disease. Possible wisdom tooth eruption problem. No clear cut answer available without examination and x-rays. In other words, please call your Dentist for evaluation and either treatment or referral to appropriate specialist
