Doctor can evaluate: One's primary care or Ob-Gyn doctor can check to see if there is a new problem needing treatment. If worried about pregnancy, just do a home pregnancy test, which is very accurate 3 weeks after sex. Women who don't have regular periods may not be shedding their uterine lining, and thus build up too thick of a lining, that then may slough a little bit every few days. The Ob-Gyn can help solve that.
