Do not worry: The name "sodium" in a medication is just a name of the chemical, it does not mean that the pill has extra sodium or salt in it, it will not raise your blood pressure. The names with "sodium, " "potassium" or "chloride" do not mean that these are actual ingredients that you need to be concerned about.
