A member asked:

If your mother had a miscarriage, is it a sure thing that her daughter will miscarry future pregnancy as well?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Only if genetic: The simple answer is no. The exception is, if Mom had genetic issues with her pregnancies that may predispose her to have repeated miscarriages, which is the major reason for miscarriages. The good news, is that you are present and accounted for as an adult and have successfully reached reproductive age, thus the likelihood is certainly less.
