See details: There are some patients who have significant symptoms in early pregnancy that have a normal pregnancy. There are others that have no symptoms and go on to have a normal pregnancy. Also the opposite is true in both cases. If you are concerned about the pregnancy, see your gynecologist and they can confirm that it is progressing normally at that point in time.

Better than: alternatives ! Miscarriages are very common. So common that they are not predictive of later success/failure (except you aren't in the 10-15% of coouples with fertility problems !
