I cant pee, and i feel like i have too much liquid in me and sore. i went to a clinic today, and i got antibiotics for the infection, but i cant pee.

Urinary retention: You probably need to be evaluated for urinary retention if you truly cannot urinate. Doctors can do this with an ultrasound evaluation. I would go to an Urgent Care center or ER and tell them what is going on. Sometimes pain will cause urinary retention, or the germ itself. Something like this needs evaluation, because you want your kidneys to keep functioning. No urination needs evaluation.
