Rash on joints: Please see your dermatologist. There are many conditions that can have a rash on joints, including psoriasis, eczema, granuloma annulare and some inflammatory and infectious conditions. You need to be examined for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Dermatitis : You could have contact dermatitis. Have you changed laundry soap, worn new shoes etc. Try over the counter cortisone if that doesn't help then see doctor.

Not due to shoes or : Not due to shoes or laundry. No antibiotic should be used for seb. Cyst, so you can stop it. All joints or some joints? Symmetric rash or not? Stay off antibiotic until you see your dr.
