Herpetic whitlow: if there was some pain, tingling, or burning prior to the bumps showing up it could be a herpetic whitlow. just leave it alone it will heal. anti-viral medication sometimes help. a picture would be helpful to diagnose for sure. if any questions or if there is a lot of pain and redness see a doctor to ensure it isn't a bacterial infection
