Semen is a: mix of several fluids, including sperm. It is propelled up and out of the penis by contractions of the prostate. It does not move through scrotal walls. Please see a urologist or your family doc to put your mind at ease. Then see a mental health professional to help w/your OCD. Please get therapy for OCD, not only meds. Peace and good health.
