Probably won't help: "Chronic orchitis" (or maybe epididymitis?) usually is not a standard bacterial infection; antibiotics usually don't help. If three different fluoroquinolone antibiotics have not helped, probably a fourth will make no difference. Get checked for other things, like tuberculosis, fungal infection, drug reaction, and testicular cancer. See a urologist or infectious diseases specialist. Good luck!
