Need different Rx: Epididymitis and epidymo-orchitis in a young male is usually due to the STD's Chlamydia trachomatis or Neisseria gonorrhoeae. Cipro (ciprofloxacin) is not the recommended Rx. You should have tests for STD and be treated with doxycycline and ceftriaxone.
