Stomach issues: It sounds like you have both upper and lower Gastrointestinal problems - the nausea and pain in stomach could be virus or acid reflux. The diarrhea could indicate infection lower in the gut. If you have fever, blood in stools, then see your M.D. right away. If the diarrhea and pain continue for more than four days, see your M.D. as well. Hope you feel better.
