I waxed my nose, like i usually do, then came across article shouting "triangle of death" i am now concerned, am i going to be alright? i think its bs

My suggestion would be to use nose trimmers rather than waxing. If you feel you need to wax, clean the area thoroughly with a safe antiseptic. Then, if you notice any blood or inflammation, wash the area immediately and keep it clean.

Exaggeration: You shouldn't squeeze pimples in this area as there's a small chance of some bacteria going backward towards the brain. Waxing is no problem at all.
