Posttraumatic HA: headache is considered a form of secondary headache that occurs after head injury. In addition to headache, other associated symptoms frequently develop after head injury (dizziness, nausea) and the post-traumatic headache is often part of a post-traumatic syndrome. See your health care provider for evaluation.

Probably not: If you have no symptoms at all, there is probably no need to worry. Concussions, meaning head injuries hard enough to injure the brain, may cause passing out or loss of memory prior the event, and may cause lots of other things afterwards. But if you have no symptoms, the mere fact that you hit your head is not something anyone is going to test you for. Don't text and walk!
