For teens...: Get married after one's 21st birthday, not before. Then decide whether or not to have children right away. If "yes", stop the birth control pills or other contraception and be sure to have sex once or twice a day during the most fertile days. Be stress-free (with happy marriage, stable job, good health insurance, excellent husband and father-to-be). Patience is an important virtue for new parents.
