Infertility: Nope. Vitamins will not in any way fix or change the problem causing your infertility. I would advise you to get to a real fertility specialist and to get the real testing done to see what is keeping you from conceiving and then work on a real fix or treatment so that you can consider having another child.

NO: The vitamins will not increase your chances of pregnancy, but a good prenatal vitamin with Folic Acid will decrease the chances of your baby having a neural tube defect such as spina bifida. Keep having unprotected sex often mid cycle when you ovulate (always 14 days before your period) to increase your chances. If no results persist, see fertility dr. Best wishes.
