ADHD is complex: Eval by health care professional experienced in adhd must establish diagnosis & multifaceted treatment plan. Grape seed, ginko, & ginseng have no significant effect on core adhd but have possible benefits for associated symptoms & other conditions. They do interact with some meds & have their own side effects. See http://www.Webmd.Com/vitamins-and-supplements/lifestyle-guide-11/grape-seed-extract.

Depends: He is 17 and inattentive. Does he watch much tv or movies? They lower his attention span so stop them. Does he know his passion and is he working on it daily? Never met anyone inattentive to his passion. Does he recognize that he has a problem or is he blaming it on the adhd label? Learn more at http://bit.Ly/153fa87.
