My major concern: ...is that there may still be a glass shard in your hand. It shouldn't still be sore & swollen. Since the skin over the cut has healed, the glass shard can't get out on its own. I recommend that you seek medical care for this. An x-ray may or may not show a piece of glass but, if there are signs of a foreign body, the wound needs to be explored.
