We would need to: see uploaded pictures of both eyes b4 we even describe what we see, much less diagnose it or reassure you that what you see is normal. If you want us to help, please have someone take pictures of both eyes both in bright light and low light, then request a virtual consult. Both of my pupils are large now but still become small if I shine a bright light in it, but then goes back to being large again after the bright light goes away. Im in a room where the lights are on so its not dark. Is this normal?
My 7 year old child has very large pupils even in bright light she wears glasses regularly and i've never seen this happen before. She did get bit by a small dog two days ago.
