Be followed : You would certainly want to be followed and treated for this injury. Treatment would usually involve the use of a brace until healing occurs or, if it becomes particularly debilitating, a kyphoplsty can be a consideration as well. Once you are feeling better, getting a dexa scan to evaluate your bone density would be appropriate.
