I have a few questions. what happens if i'm breathing in dirt everyday? when i blow my nose my mucus is brown or black. what can i use or do to help.

A problem: This varies widely on its severity based on the fineness of the dirt. If it is quite fine it gets into and damages the lungs permanently and is quite dangerous. Mostly any filter mask will work quite well on this. A chest x ray will demonstrate damage if it is there and simple office tests such as oxygenation and listening to the lungs will be able to show significant damage.
