Skinny: Check w/your doctor first to make sure your health, hormones, etc. are all good. Then consider finding a personal trainer at a gym if you can afford that. He/she will provide a work out routine that is designed for you. How is your diet? Do you eat enough protein? Be a good person to others and self. That's the most appealing quality of all, well beyond weight. Peace and good health.
