Condoms"uncovered": Condoms only cover the penis and not the scrotum which gets exposed through contact to the female vulva during intercourse. Any vulvar STD will be conveyed under those circumstances. Please go see a MD for identification of the alleged "warts" so they can be treated if needed before you infect another partner, as your body will not "clear" the warts if they are indeed present.
