Not dangerous.: The rash is unlikely dangerous. You can try using some steroid cream like OTC hydrocortisone or even topical Benadryl (diphenhydramine). Also try oral benadryl (diphenhydramine). As long as you're not feeling sick or feverish you can watch and wait for now. Possible allergic to some new exposure. Write down everything you've been exposed to in the past few days. Foods, perfumes, soaps lotions, etc, and save that for next time
