Many possibilities: Can be caused by viral/bacterial infections, contact allergic response, a change in your diet/detergent/hormone balance, or so many other things. You will need to be examined virtually (not on this site) or in person, and perhaps have specific lab tests, to determine the cause of your rash. Once case determined, correct treatment can be administered. You might want to see specialist Dermatologist.
