The "BEST" care: is to seek out some Medical Professional help for the wound. Many Pharmacies now have RN manned Walk In Units...that would be a reasonable "next step" Infection, scarring and partial removal (leaving tissue behind) are all complications of such "self surgery" Hope this helps!
