Mostly none: Since a simple blood test and rectal exam pick up most prostate cancers before they are large or involved enough to cause symptoms, most prostate cancers are diagnosed without any symptoms. Understand that while some prostate cancers can cause urinary symptoms, many other benign things can also cause urinary symptoms.. Medications, benign enlargement of the prostate, bladder issues.
