Tired after sleep: Several possibilities, one of which is sleep apnea. This produces poor quality sleep. Please see your doc who can determine the source of your fatigue, which may also have something to do w/diet and lifestyle. Peace and good health.

You could be: depressed and not know it. Or your sleep hygiene may need some work so you can rest better at night. Are you turning off tv/phone. /computer b4 bed one hour b4 going to bed. You need to wind down and not exercise or do anything strenuous before sleep for it to be restful good luck.
