Shiners: Most common cause of shiners is allergies. Also anemia and genetics can cause this. Please see his doctor to get a proper evan, ann and treatment.

Everyday after waking up eventually fresh, within an hour eyes start getting heavy, puffy & sleepy. I feel like to lie down & sleep eventhough body isn't tired. In evening, it gets normalised on it's own. Does this indicate narcolepsy type 2 ?
