No: Same neighborhood, wrong block. Prostate is on the outside of the urethra (tube from bladder to outside world), so it is not directly examined with cystoscopy. Can see bulge from eenlarged prostate, can see if prostate cancer invaded into bladder (rare).

Not really: Prostate cancer is rarely evident on cystoscopy unless it is in later stages. Prostate needle biopsy prompted by abnormal psa test and/or abnormal rectal exam is required to make (or confirm) the diagnosis of prostate cancer.
