Need more info: Where is the rash? What does it look like? If the rash is only at the site near the needle puncture, you may be allergic to the solution applied to disinfect the skin or to the bandaid that was applied after the needle puncture. If the rash is elsewhere, then it is not likely to be related to having blood drawn.
