Allergist dx constant flat rashes neck, arms, are from choligenic urticaria, the heat from exercise and a mix of detergent reaction. says try zyrtec (cetirizine)?

It's difficult to tell if you truly have cholinergic urticaria from your description. Usually urticaria is raised. But some people have what is called dermatographia which causes flat red hot skin especially when stressed, touched or hot. In either condition Zyrtec (cetirizine) should help
