Itching: You may be having allergies, but may be not. Allergies usually present with some skin lesions, even hives still present with a short lived break out. Anyway, the easiest to try would be Benadryl (diphenhydramine) over-the-counter, 12.5 to 25 mg at a time, 3-4 times/day. If that doesn't help, you will need to see a doc.

Couple things: If you can't see a doctor, i would first take a shower and wash everything off you. Consider taking an over the counter Benadryl (diphenhydramine) but be aware it will make you drowsy so be careful about driving etc. If you get short of breath or get swelling in your throat you need to go to the er.
