Hi, can sugar rise cos of dehydration. my mom who has diabetes has mostly sugar that is controlled but when she goes out her sugar will come high.help?

Sugar: When mom goes out and her sugar is high she needs to seek advice from her primary doctor to control her blood sugar. Ideally, when she is out for lunch or dinner she should excuse herself and check her blood sugar. If it is OK that's fine. If not, she should carefully eat (or drink) a little less than she had before. Let me know how things go.
