Probably unrelated: Many infections can cause such symptoms, not necessarily related to your mosquito bites. Malaria would fit, but there's no malaria in the US. Dengue fever if in Hawaii, but not eastern US. Theoretically Zika virus, but there hasn't yet been a known mosquito-transmitted Zika infection in the US, and it's unlikely to ever occur in your area (Virginia). See doctor if symptoms severe or last 5+ days.
